The biggest star in Portugal’s contemporary music scene, period. He has carved out his own musical path between Fado and traditional music of the Alentejo, with Brazilian influences thrown in. Recording and performing live worldwide since 2004,  Zambujo is the winner of the Amalia Rodrigues Foundation Prize for Best Male Fado Singer. “Antonio Zambujo can captivate an audience, and make you forget anyone else is in the room.”

The Human Spirit and the Natural World at the Bankhead Theater
