Participating in restaurant week is free!

Visit Tri-Valley provides marketing materials and covers the cost of promotional ads, public relations opportunities and influencer marketing efforts. Consider this our love letter to our local restaurants and wineries.

This year, restaurants and wineries have more flexibility than ever. See this year’s pricing parameters below:

  • Prix-fixe menus can be any price as long as they’re under $100 per person. These special menus will be sorted into the following tiers: up to $25, up to $50, up to $75 and up to $100. 
  • If you’re featuring an item that’s regularly on your menu, the value of your special must be less than it would be any other day. This is a special occasion!
  • Discounts and value adds can be offered at any amount. 

Keep in mind that the better your restaurant week special is, the more diners will visit your restaurant! 

Customers must sign up for our free mobile restaurant week pass to redeem specials.

The redemption process is GPS based, which is very straightforward and will not disrupt your current processes.

A customer will simply present the given discount on their mobile pass to your staff to redeem so long as they are in a close enough proximity to your business (within .25 miles).

The deal or discount will be time-stamped at the time of redemption, and can only be used once (unless specified otherwise).

In short, yes! This is how we’re able to track and measure the impact of our collective efforts. 

Having the pass also allows the customer to enter in to our Restaurant Week Giveaway, which includes accommodations, activities and gift cards to restaurants valued at over $700.
