Sabio has shifted away from the small-plate tapas format. Michelin calls them “Contemporary Californian.” Their featured 3-Course and 5-Course menus change twice each season. They have an a la carte menu available as well and their signature Chef’s 10-Course Tasting Menu. And, weekend brunch.
Monday through Friday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
