Trivalley Voice Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Visit Tri-Valley (“Provider”) for the use of any works available through Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, and all other platforms through which the Provider offers products, goods, or services via voice applications. They apply to your use of the Provider’s works, including any updates to the works.

If you use one of our skills you fully agree to this Terms of Use.

Our skills or parts of it may discontinue at any time or might contain errors. You use our skills on your own responsibility. Any information should not be seen as an advice.

Use of Alexa and the Alexa “Skill” Visit Tri-Valley

Third-Party Security Settings: Once you set up your Alexa device with the Skill, you are authorizing Visit Tri-Valley to provide information to the device based on the device’s security settings. For example, the settings on your device may allow the device to retrieve information about your Device(s) based on only verbal requests from anyone who uses your device, or to save information about your Device(s) for easier access. By enabling the Skill on your Alexa-enabled device, you are responsible for how the Skill is used (including any communication to or from Visit Tri-Valley from your device).

Accuracy: By accepting this Agreement, you understand and agree that Visit Tri-Valley is not responsible for inaccuracies in your interactions with Visit Tri-Valley via the skill.

Disclaimer of Warranty : You acknowledge and agree that all use of the Skill is at your sole risk. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SKILL.

Ending or changing the Skill

You can stop using the Skill at any time or deactivate the Skill on the Amazon Alexa app, Google assistant, Cortana or any other related voice service, or web page.

We may suspend or change the Skill immediately for any reason, including where repair or maintenance work is needed. We may add new capabilities from time to time and have no obligation to offer any particular features in relation to the Skill. We can withdraw the Skill.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in relation to Amazon Alexa or the Amazon Alexa app on behalf of Amazon.

Neither we nor our licensors warrant that the Skill will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Skill will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we and our licensors disclaim and exclude all warranties, representations, conditions and other terms of any kind, express or implied by law or otherwise.
