Go See the Tree Sweater Forest
Every fall, local fiber artists get together to dress the trees in Downtown Livermore in adorable sweaters. Sweaters are usually installed mid-September and stay up through November. You’ll find most of the tree sweaters on display along First Street, specifically between L and Maple streets.

It’s not officially fall until you’ve tasted fresh-picked apples. Head to Alden Lane Nursery to try a variety of farm fresh apples grown locally at Dave Hale’s farm in Sebastopol. The Blackhawk Museum, located in Danville, consists of five world-class galleries all housed under one roof. Museum on Main
Housed in the city’s former city hall and library, the Museum on Main is now a central hub for community events and the keeper of local historical artifacts. Inside you’ll find rotating exhibits along with thousands of photos and documents retaining the history of Pleasanton and the Amador-Livermore Valley. More Info →
Museum of the San Ramon Valley
The Museum of San Ramon Valley collects, stories, and displays artifacts from in and around the San Ramon Valley. Built on a site that used to be an old train depot, the museum actually features a full-sized train car on its premises.
